Call For Release managers, 2009 Q1,Q2

Time has come again to ask for volunteers to manage another six months
worth of monthly releases. (Through June '09)

December and January are already spoken for. Andrew has been nominated
for the 1.0 release in March.

https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/wiki/ParrotRoadmap has details of what
is expected to be in each release. (Though being the release manager
doesn't mean you have to write all that code!)

Anyone else interested? The usual tasks of: getting the word out,
gently herding development, helping coordinate bug day, and cutting
the actual release. Commit bits to parrot required, CPAN ID a big
help.

Feel free to reply privately with the months you're interested in.
(Third tuesday of each month). I'd like to have this finalized by
Thanksgiving of this year.
