http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/P/PA/PARTICLE/parrot-0.8.0.tar.gz

Downloading from
ftp://ftp.parrot.org/pub/parrot/releases/devel/0.9.0/parrot-0.9.0.tar.gz
is problematic for me. But it could be our proxy. I got twice too
short files.
