rakudo was broken in 0.9.0 due to an imcc pod parsing bug that wasn't
caught. the pod in the file that caused the failure has been fixed in
0.9.0.1, which has been uploaded to cpan. the tarball at parrot.org

also has the working code.

the bug has been fixed in svn head.

please update your packages to use the distributions of parrot
available at the above locations.
