Cleanup of branches in repository

Tonight I opened two Trac tickets, 
https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/ticket/733 and 
https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/ticket/734, for the removal of two, what 
I think are no longer needed, branchs from HEAD.

There are a number of other branches which have not been touched in 
months.  Before I go and open TTs for them, perhaps other people could 
take a look at:  https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/browser/branches
