"milestone release"

After writing my previous message, I realized that I would
prefer that we call the July/January releases something other
than "milestone releases".  In Trac, the term "milestone" seems
to get used as a marker for _every_ monthly release (e.g.,
1.1, 1.2, 1.3) and not simply those that occur in July/January.

In particular, we should pick a term other than "milestone release"
for use in the support_policy.pod document.
