[patch] unions as ATTRs.

This patch adds support to pmc2c for using "union" and "union *" in
ATTRS. Right now things like "ATTR union union_type *var;" fails,
requiring workarrounds. I ran into this with the decnum-dynpmcs GSoC
project, trying to wrap some of the decNumber types but I'm sure
others will find it useful as well.
