Rakudo Perl 6 development release #17 ("Stockholm")

I believe the answer to this is no; however partcl now builds against
an installed parrot (and only an installed parrot; possibly only on
Linux), however. Just need something newer than 1.2; after 1.3 partcl
should be able to track releases only.
