pmc_headers_move branch

I am on win32 and can probably fix it, but I don't know what the
problem is. lib/Parrot/Pmc2c/Emitter.pm doesn't even have 287 lines in
it. Do you mean PMCEmitter.pm in that same folder?

What should I do to fix it?
