push_integer() not implemented in class 'FixedPMCArray'

Howdy,

I agree with you that implementing it correctly would be hairy. I
wanted to know if the current behavior was "on purpose" or just an
accident, so I could write tests for attempting to push/pop/etc onto a
FixedPMCArray.

If I could get a solid answer either way, I would be very happy and
write tests :)
