In five days is the release day of Parrot 2.9.0. The checkout and tag
for it will be at 2010-10-19 08:00 UTC. To convert UTC to your local
time execute:

 $ date -d '2010-10-19 08:00 UTC'

So on Saturday is the time to stop committing non-release related code
to the trunk. For that I will send a separate last reminder for Parrot
2.9.0. Feel free to add more NEWS or to add that what will be new in the
meantime. Thank you for the news that are already added.
