Do the nqp PIR result the same as the PGE PIR result?

The PIR code that nqp-rx generates for grammars is substantially
different from the code that PGE generated.  It's mostly semantically 
equivalent, except in those places where the Perl 6 regex 
specification changed.

PGE and nqp-rx have substantially different APIs for invoking regexes,
so it's generally not possible for an nqp-rx to invoke a PGE regex
or vice-versa.
