Parrot master passes all tests on NetBSD 5.1

Howdy,

I had to fix a small issue in t/op/spawnw.t, but I am pleased to announce that
currently Parrot master passes on NetBSD 5.1 !

I would like to thank the GCC Compile Farm, who recently added the NetBSD
machine (gcc70).  Thank you very much for providing this
infrastructure to many open
source projects that need it.
