PL/Parrot + PL/Perl6 on PGXN

Howdy,

I just got around to releasing PL/Parrot + PL/Perl6 to PGXN:

http://pgxn.org/dist/plparrot/

It should work with Parrot ~2.6.0 and whatever Rakudo Star release
uses roughly that version of Parrot.

It does not (currently) compile on newer parrots for various reasons. If you
want to help convert PL/Parrot+PL/Perl6 to the new embed API, please
let me know.
