Parrot Developer Summit, May 14 2011, 2100 hours: Agenda proposal

Here is a proposal for the agenda for the Parrot Developers Summit (PDS) 
to be held in #parrotsketch on Saturday, May 14 2011, 2100 hours.

I. Evaluation of Results Since Jan 29 22011 PDS
A. Roadmap Goals: did we meet them?
B. What else did we accomplish since last PDS?

II. Scheduling of next Parrot Developer Summit
Parrot 3.6 release takes place Tuesday, July 19, which would put next 
PDS on weekend of July 30-31.  Please check your calendars for conflicts 
due to vacations, conferences (OSCON?), Parrot speaking engagements, etc.

III. Setting of Goals for 3.6 (or 3.9 or 4.0 as needed)
A. Roadmap Goals:  Which goals are important enough that we must (a) 
publicly pledge to meet them; and (b) organize teams of two or more 
developers to work on them?
B. Other Goals:  Which goals either (a) are important, but we can only 
get one person to work on them; or (b) are less important but we can get 
two or more people to work on them?

IV. Other Issues
A. Functioning of the Parrot Project
B. Google Summer of Code
