Sorry, cannot take 4.7.0 as I'm in Europe and pretty busy there.

Releasing parrot is a piece of cake compared to perl.
But hll testing with with an installed parrot (as Patrick outlined
in his mail, and I already do for my cygwin releases) is definitely on my list.
