Address sanitization and PARROT_xxx macros

I've implemented this just now in https://github.com/parrot/parrot/commit/5810fe50c4273b8df913cd5dc7e44b9fc292af51

Reini, please let me know if this works for you under AddressSanitizer.  And thanks for working on AddressSanitizer because it's been on my todo list for months now.
