t/codingstd/pmc_docs.t: Need to complete documentation

I brought this up, today, at #parrotsketch and cotto opened the following
issue: https://github.com/parrot/parrot/issues/768

cotto will take object;
alvis will take bigint; and
whiteknight will take eval;

Leaving, 

namespace
complex
callcontext
capture

which are free for anyone to grab.
