sixparrot merge (sixparrot now a branch in the parrot repo)

Hi all,

I've applied the pull request as it was originally intended, and thus we
now have a 'sixparrot' branch in the parrot/parrot repo on github. Fell
free to continue to remove stuff from that branch, as long as it doesn't
brake parrot's bootstrap, rakudo or nqp.

You can build Rakudo on top of that branch with

$ perl Configure.pl --gen-parrot=sixparrot
