[members] Call for nominations for board of directors

The first order of business for the voting membership of the Parrot 
Foundation is electing the 2009-2010 board of directors. The current 
board members are re-nominated:

Will Coleda
Jerry Gay
Jeff Horwitz
Allison Randal
Shane Warden

Are there any other nominations? (We aren't fixed to 5 directors, the 
membership sets the number of directors each year, with a minimum of 2 
directors.) The directors have responsibility for the administrative 
paperwork of keeping the foundation running, with the primary purpose of 
acting as custodians for the Parrot source code, and supporting Parrot 
development and the surrounding community where possible.
