Hmmmm... so a legally binding agreement requires two parties, and after
Parrot Foundation closes there won't be any legal entity for Parrot to
enter an agreement. You might find some more unusual legal strictures to
use, but will they also allow transfer of the funds to SFC if/when
that's desirable?

On a more philosophical level, if you don't trust TPF to be responsible
with whatever small amount of funds are left over after PaFo pays 2013
taxes and all legal and accounting fees, then we have a problem. I'd go
so far as to ask why you'd consider hosting Parrot with them at all.
