 We can default to a generic redirect of anything from parrotcode.org to
 the http://parrot.org/ - for bonus points, we can do some more specific
 mappings, like having docs/* go to http://docs.parrot.org/

 If we can compile a list, the perl.org admins can set this up for us.
 Anything other than docs/ that we need to be more specific about?
