I'll take that as an indirect comment about how much value you see these lists 
having as an ongoing concern.

As to removal, you would be best to do that yourself using the normal Mailman 
facilities, per instruction in each list email:

   List-Unsubscribe:
     http://lists.parrot.org/mailman/options/parrot-users
     mailto:parrot-users-request at lists.parrot.org?subject=unsubscribe
