[t] Tweak spawnw.t tests to run on NetBSD

This test file assumed that perl is in our $PATH, but, by default,
NetBSD has perl in /usr/pkg/bin/perl, so if /usr/pkg/bin was not in your
$PATH, these tests would fail.
