  [PCT] Add return test for newPOST

It's TODO'd as it doesn't seem to work yet.  And based on the fact
that I never see the "foo" outputted, the function isn't getting
called.  But decompiling and running /tmp/temp.pbc shows it seems to
be compiling properly.
