I'm not sure this tag will survive the cleanup that allison is doing, 
but it --miniparrot configure option that used to invoke it now gone.

Running configure in trunk (rxxx) this way:

  perl Configure.pl --ccflags=-DPIO_OS_STDIO

Does still break the build.

Assigning ticket to allison, as long as she's in there anyway.
