Volunteers to herd (some) tasks for 0.8.2

The 0.8.2 release is a little more than a week away. We have two more
items left on the Roadmap
(https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/wiki/ParrotRoadmap) for that release
that do not have a "Champion" listed. We could use someone who is
willing to coordinate the effort or beat the drum regarding those
particular line items.

* marketing mojo, 1.0 vision for users

This especially is a "soft" requirement, in that there's no actual
code coming out of this deliverable.

* nan/inf, pdd14-numbers

I think this is looking more for a design review than code.

Any help you can provide to help us meet our targets is greatly
appreciated. If either of these issues is important to your use of
parrot 1.0, please consider donating some cycles in the next week.
