Comment:

 I'm moving this to the 0.9.0 milestone instead. We haven't gotten any
 feedback on this idea, and I don't want to rip out any major components
 this close to the tuesday release.

 After Tuesday, we can look more closely at ripping out compilers/bcg/, if
 it's truely not being used.
