planning for 'make install'

Perhaps I is not necessary to say that:
"make install" should work like "make reallyinstall" or should be able
to do the same things.

I would be nice, if "make install" inplicit install all dokumentation or
to have "make install_docs" or "make install_html_docs" for installing
dokumentation explicit.

(yast an another brainchild the target: install_spec)
