Right.  We're not going to break it on purpose, and we'll take patches from 
someone dedicated to supporting it provided that they don't adversely affect 
our target platforms, but it's not a target platform for Parrot, regardless 
of what other projects decide about target platforms.

"Target platform for Parrot" means "The tests must pass on this platform for 
Parrot 1.0."
