Please link rt58976,rt58978,rt58980 to rt58236

Hello,

I've been looking at these tickets (thinking they might be
good beginner work):

 #58974: [TODO][IMCC] replace .return in tailcall context by .tailcall
 #58976: [TODO][IMCC] .arg will be replaced by .set_arg
 #58978: [TODO][IMCC] replace .result by .get_result

The discussion and context for them is on ticket:

 #58236: [TODO][PDD19] make decision on open issue on .return directive in pdd19

So I think there should be some kind of RT link.
(#58980: [TODO][IMCC] .return in a .begin/end_return will be replaced by .set_return
 already has a "Depended on by" link to #58236)


I'm also unsure if the different pluralization in 
docs/pdds/pdd03_calling_conventions.pod is because different things are 
being referred to, opcodes vs pir instructions?
These lines are in pdd03:

C<set_args>, for passing arguments;
C<set_returns>, for returning values;
C<get_params>, for accepting parameters; and
C<get_results>, for accepting return values.

Maybe not such good beginner work...  I hope this is helpful,
