pct user docs

Hi,
For 1.0, one milestone is to finish PCT user docs.

At this moment, there is (in docs/pct):
* a getting started manual, which explains how to generate your own language
skeleton etc.
* a description of PAST nodes, but this document needs updating.
* a document about optables
* a language tutorial (squaak in languages/squaak/doc)

What exactly needs to be written in order to finish the pct user doc
milestone? Can any of the above be part of it?
I'm happy to work on things, but I need some input on what is needed.
