Newbie Build Question

I may be wrong, but as far as I can remember, make install (and probably
reallyinstall, for that matter) is known to have problems.
The issue may have been fixed, in which case this mail will probably be
replied on later today by someone correcting me, but for now, it's best to
just stick to the build directory.
