Inspection of tools/dev/install_files.pl in trunk suggests that some,
but not all, of these proposed revisions have been incorporated into
trunk.  And since the cygwin070patches branch no longer exists at HEAD,
I think we can safely close this ticket and open a ticket in Trac for
any revisions not yet applied.
