Release Managers Needed

I've got 1.7 (dukeleto) and 1.9 (gerd) signed up already! We still
need to get somebody lined up for 1.8 in November and 2.0 in January.
I assume 2.0 will be handled by one of the foundation "bigwigs"
(allison, chromatic, particle, coke, etc?) will want to do that.

Please sign up, we need lots of people to be able to do this!
