there's no need to make that assumption.  sure, we have more
experience doing releases, but as you know, it isn't that much effort
to roll a release, even if it's your first.  the community pitches in
a lot of work, especially for a release like 2.0 that marks a
deprecation point.  anyone can do this, as long as he can read and
follow mildly technical instructions, written in english, from a
windows, macos, or linux command line.
