I agree, but I also agree with Allison's implicit estimate that the number
of people who would actually use rsync is sufficiently small that it might
not be worth the effort to set it up and maintain it on parrot.org. (I
don't know enough about the parrot.org set-up to be able to make any
intelligent estimate of my own of the effort involved.)
