Oh, I didn't see this tool before.

It's good to have such a tool, but it needs some platform work, 
check the native platform and produce the corresponding _${N}.pbc,
and needs to be documented in the release manager guide to update the 
native pbcs before each release for the 4-5 platforms.

I'll take over, since I'm working on this right now.

The problem is that the release manager usually doesn't have access to 
unusual platforms, such as darwin/ppc (32-bit BE), 64-bit BE or long 
double BE machines. This needs to be documented.
