Rakudo cygwin make: "no rule to make target 'perl6'"

Parrot0.9.0 makes and tests successfully (including perl6).

But for any SVN revision after that, "mingw32-make perl6" returns:

"no rule to make target 'perl6" .

I am making parrot/rakudo with Strawberry Perl on a Dell Laptop running XP
Pro.
My general make sequence is:
1. update with SVN
2. perl configure.pl
3. mingw32-make
4. mingw32-make perl6

Prior to 0.9.0 I had no particular trouble make'ing and testing parrot/perl6
under Cygwin (Strawberry Perl.)
Any ideas?
