I want to become the maintainer for the parrot packages on Fedora

Hello,

I think with Parrot 0.9.1 it is a good time to integrate Parrot in the
Fedora linux distribution, so that Parrot can be installed under Fedora
with:

> yum install parrot

It would be nice if this is be done bevor Parrot 1.0 is released.
I would like to do the first steps und necessary things that parrot
packages will be integrated in Fedora. How can I get the permission to
maintain the parrot package for Fedora from the Parrot Foundation?
