[perl #46165] [TODO] Implement method cache invalidation in Parrot_store_global_cur()

As of r35101 this function is no longer in the repository; rejecting ticket. 

The function was only used by a deprecated opcode that is now gone. The comment had been 
copied to one other function also on the chopping block, removed that instance of the TODO as 
well.
