migration of subversion to parrot.org

We've been talking about the migration publicly for several months now, 
so I thought it was pretty well known that it was coming up. The biggest 
challenge has been finding a time when we could have the admins on both 
sides working at the same time. I gave them a hard limit that if the 
transition wasn't done before the 16th of this month it would have to 
wait until after the release. When they gave me some times that would 
work for both sides, I jumped at the chance. But, it's true that 11 
hours really isn't enough notice.

So, the migration is currently on hold until after the January release.
