migration of subversion to parrot.org

Actually, it's already done. As a test we took an early dump of the 
existing parrot repo on perl.org. In Trac, you can see it under the 
"Browse Source" tab:

   https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/browser

And you can check it out at:

   https://svn.parrot.org/parrot/trunk/

You can try committing to it now, as it will simply be dumped when the 
migration happens.
