Should anything go wrong in the migration, we've planned to immediately 
switch the perl.org repository back on, and try again on an alternate 
day. We've tested dumping the current repository and it takes 30 
minutes. It also took about that long to reload it on the other side. 
So, we'll know in about an hour if we're good to go or need to abort 
that day.
