smoke.parrocode.org is dead.

I need :
  perl t/harness --html
in order to create a big HTML file with TAP results.
And I ship it with setup-Parrot-0.x.y.exe .

The reports on Smolder aren't suitable for this purpose. There aren't
standalone.
Smolder is good for Continuous Integration.
My need is Release Shipping.
