what is pointer to int in NCI, anyway?

Hi,
the file docs/pdds/draft/pdd16_native_call.pod reads:

       3   A pointer to an int, taken from an P register of an int-like PMC.
           On return from NCI, the PMC_int_val will hold the new value.

This do not work, however:

Parrot VM: PANIC: vip3p is an unknown signature type.
CAN_BUILD_CALL_FRAMES is enabled, this should not happen!
