Thanks for the replies (on and off list). No strong preferences, but 
looks like Thursday is slightly better, so we'll go with that. Should 
start around 19:00 UTC (11am Pacific time, where the servers are 
located), with messages posted to the mailing list and IRC when it goes 
down and comes back up.
