The HLL Performance Gap

There was a benchmark tracking effort a while ago that seems to
be abandoned now.  Its referenced here:

I found info on it by Googling parrot benchmark Limbic.

The benchmarks are in examples/benchmarks.  And the
t/benchmark/benchmarks.t test tries to make sure
they're working.

I wonder where the code that was running on Dan's server is now...
