I also would like that 'dynoplibs.pl' would be available with an
installed Parrot. It would be nice if you would decide (at parrotsketch)
that the files 'dynpmc.pl' and dynoplibs.pl' would be included in
MANIFEST.generated. lib/Parrot/OpLib/core.pm will be installed but seems
to be never called.

The Parrot 1.4.0 packages for Fedora 10, 11 and 12 (devel) are builded.
It will take a few days before they are available from the Fedora
mirrors. It was necessary to disable the tests for the ppc-architecture
so that the builds completed successful. I made a scratch build with
svn-revision 40133 one or two days before and that builded without a
problem. With tests the build for the ppc-architecture freeze after
giving out the line:
t/compilers/pge/pge.t
