test_more.pir no longer works on pcc_reapply

Howdy,

tene++ has already said that he would look at this, but I just wanted
to notify people that sometime between yesterday and today, loading
test_more.pir stopped working on the pcc_reapply branch.  It gives
this error:

FixedIntegerArray: index out of bounds!

(runtime/parrot/library/Test/Builder/Test.pir:46)

This blocks me from writing coverage tests for CallSignature or
testing anything else, for that matter.
