[LEGAL] Does the TPF -> PaFo Parrot CLA grandfathering apply to other projects?

The TPF CLA only covers contributions you made when Parrot was still 
held by TPF. You need a Parrot CLA whether you work on Plumage or not.

(A good reminder to all Parrot committers who haven't submitted a Parrot 
CLA yet.)
